The latest news from Exmoor is that we have decided to cancel the Treasure Hunt this year. Most of the tracks that we would normally use (although we try to do a different route each year) have been waterlogged since May, with no prospect of any improvement soon. I have looked further afield to try to run it from a different venue, but had no luck regarding anywhere that we could park vehicles. (Exford Show looks as if it might be cancelled this year, as it is held on the same field that the Horseshoe uses, which has been completely waterlogged since the 'Shoe. - We were so lucky with our few days up there!!!)
So, for this year there will not be an Exmoor Treasure Hunt - but we hope to have it back again next year
