Every Year the Wessex Group organises a Training Day designed to appeal to all levels of competitor......

For 2010 Sue Lees has managed to book Maggie Pattinson for the training day - she is England's Chef d'Equipe for the Home Internationals - and she will give a talk on the following:

1. Fit For The Job.
What should we be doing at this time of year in preparation for the coming season - A look at what's needed to get it right.
