MORETON PLEASURE RIDE - CANCELLED 2009

Sadly, on Monday 14th December the news is that the ride is now cancelled due to lack of entries. There had to be a certain number of entries taken prior to the ride to make taking entries on the day possible and that a deadline for entries was necessary at some point. Despite twice extending that deadline and various promises of entries, unfortunately, not enough have been received

The 2010 Awards Dinner has been postponed until 20th February due to the weather. Traditionally held on the 2nd Saturday in January, at the start of the new season, rather than at the end of the old, the Wessex Awards Dinner is an opportunity for members to get out of their lycra and into their 'posh gear'.

The date for the ride has now been finalised as Sunday 28th February 2010. Venue is Quebec Barn, (near Quebec Farm) on the B390 between Heytesbury & Chitterne. Distances are now 18kms and 40kms.
